First of all, sorry if something like this thread already exists.

When I was cycling to home from school I had to cross a viaduct.
I was looking to my Ipod to select the music I wanted to hear, but suddenly I smelled smoke.
I looked up, and like 20 feet before me was a pretty big fire, where thick and black smoke was coming off. I immediatly stopped and went back to a few other people from my town. We waited a bit until the fire was out and then crossed the viaduct. We saw a broken bottle, black because of the fire. A Molotov Cocktail, probably.

I woke up this morning and noticed that the temperature had managed to creep up above the freezing point. Pretty remarkable for this little part of the world.

A car accident happened pretty much in front of my house.

A nice Jaguar got owned frontally by a Peugot 206. Debris all over, 5 ambulances and 2 fire trucks to help the people. I hope they all survived. It was raining so I couldn't be bothered watching all the time.

My boiler (furnace) made the creepiest noise that freaked me out a little bit and then stopped working

I cut my hand, wiped off the blood, applied a couple bandaids.

Was going out a couple hours later and decided to remove the bandaids, since in all probability the cut had healed enough. So I thought.

Wandered in the freezing cold for a while and went home after a bit. Hands were frozen. As I reached for the doorknob I realized my hands were drenched with blood and the cut had reopened; due to the numbness of my hand I'd never noticed. Explains the strange looks I'd gotten on the street... I'm just glad I never ran into any police officers.
